Alpha Team uses its strong position in the Afghan marketplace, access to networks, and its sensitivity to language and culture to attract the highest quality subcontractors. These companies share commitment to quality workmanship and process management, local language and cultural capabilities, access to the best workers, and experience in Afghanistan. Moreover, Alpha Team professionals have worked with these subcontractors to build their capacity to ensure that they, too, are knowledgeable of western and international standards, procedures and operating approaches. Alpha Team approach not only contributes to the infrastructure and human capital development of Afghanistan, it provides a model of motivation and improvement in which Afghans take great pride. Alpha Team is fully capable of completing construction in any area identified throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP). Alpha Team’s main office is located in Kabul, Afghanistan. Most of our professional staff are living in Kabul and will be available upon the notice of proceed. Due to familiarity with the area it will be very easy for Alpha Team to mobilize all the required material to the project site. Most of our subcontractors who had worked with us in the previous projects are active in Kabul. Design, Pouring, Transportation and Installation of the T-Walls is the priority to complete on time and within budget. Construction engineering concerns the planning and management of the construction of structures such as highways, bridges, airports, rail roads, buildings, dams, and reservoirs. Construction of such projects requires knowledge of engineering and management principles and business procedures, economics, and human behavior. Construction engineers engage in the design of structures temporary, cost estimating, planning and scheduling, materials procurement, selection of equipment, and cost control. Construction engineering is differentiated from Construction management from the standpoint of the use of mathematics, science and engineering to analyze problems and design a construction process. A good familiarity with reading blueprints is necessary because Construction engineers build many of the things that people use every day. Construction engineering involves many aspects of construction including: commercial, residential, bridges, airports, tunnels, and dams.

Surveying is a basic element of all civil engineering projects Surveying is “the science of making precise measurements between known and unknowns point, applying the principals of mathematics to determine positional locations at a required accuracy, and the art of publishing mapping products which meet the needs of the customer”. Surveying determines the relative spatial locations of points or objects (features) on or near the surface of the earth, for the purpose of graphically portraying the terrain data or geometrically locating their 3D coordinates. In transportation engineering surveying provides the foundation and continuity for route location, land appropriation, and design and construction of capital projects. Surveys also establish a basic “framework” of horizontal and vertical control which is valuable in the stakeout of engineered designs during the construction of a project, as well as in the re-establishment of highway right of way. ALPHA Team is proud for having the engineers who are fully aware of topographic survey services. These engineers can work satisfy their customers through professionalism and their experiences they have already gained while working in these field for years. • Topography and Boundary survey • Lay outing • Site Grading Design • Digital terrain modeling • Showing the watersheds • Land Parceling
ALPHA TEAM provides quality engineering services meeting the requirements of the Client. Our qualified engineers have been involved with such process for years. They have designed deferent projects using international standard codes (IBC, ACI, IEC, IMC, etc). All new design software (Auto CAD, SAP2000, Etabs, SAFE, SiC Columns, STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation, Stad ctc, Eagle Point, Civil CAD and Water CAD) are used to do your special design. Process of submitting Drawings: • 35% Design Submittal • 65% Design Submittal • 99% Design Submittal • 100% Design Submittal Occasionally if one design stage can complete the requirements of the next one, in such case 65% design drawings need not be submitted, the next step will be to work on 99% design. All drawings (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Architectural) will meet the requirements of the RFP.
